Snack Wagon Takeover at Harvest by Roy Ellamar

Snack Wagon Takeovers have returned for 2017! As part of the Takeover series, culinary aficionados have the opportunity to interact with their favorite chefs each month as the guest chef takes charge of one of Harvest’s signature snack wagons by featuring their own specialty small bites and traveling table-to-table discussing their selections with diners.

Fireside Chats at Libertine Social
Every Saturday night, Libertine Social will host Fireside Chats with Executive Chef Jamaal Taherzadeh at renowned chef Shawn McClain’s social dining concept. Guests will enjoy seasonal food and beverage pairings at the restaurant’s interactive chef’s counter. The intimate food and beverage pairing events will host one seating of 13 guests each. In conjunction with the Fireside Chats, the delicious five-course event menu also is available in the main dining room every Saturday evening.

Della’s Kitchen Farmhouse Dinner

To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, Della’s Kitchen will present its fifth Farmhouse Dinner. The special event will begin with a reception from 6 p.m.- 7 p.m. in Delano Lobby and Franklin Lounge with live food stations and passed appetizers courtesy of Border Grill and Della’s Kitchen. Premium tequila tastings and festive Cinco de Mayo-inspired cocktails also will be available. At 7 p.m., guests will be welcomed to the restaurant by Executive Chef Jay Calimlim who will host a four-course sit-down dinner featuring Latin and Southwest-inspired cuisine that showcases the restaurant’s commitment to sustainable and fresh ingredients. To conclude the evening, guests are invited to a post-dinner cocktail fiesta at Franklin Lounge featuring live entertainment from 9 p.m. - midnight, including a special performance by Latin R&B sensation Andy Vargas, the voice of Santana.

    Every Friday evening, guests can kick-off the weekend with eclectic beats from local DJs while sipping on specialty cocktails by the award-winning Franklin mixologist team. No cover charge.
  • Chords & Cocktails – Saturdays, 6 p.m. – 11 p.m.
    Every Saturday evening, guests and locals alike are invited to enjoy live local music and artfully curated cocktails at Franklin Lounge. No cover charge.
Skyfall Lounge
Guests can enjoy the following social happenings every week:
  • Rosé Fridays at Skyfall Lounge – Fridays, 8 p.m. - close
    Every Friday at Skyfall Lounge, guests can unwind and enjoy Rosé and cocktail specials atop Delano Las Vegas with stellar 180-degree views of The Strip. Guests also may enjoy small bites, available until 10:30 p.m., and live entertainment beginning at 9 p.m.
  • Sunset Hour at Skyfall Lounge – Daily, 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
    At this elevated happy hour, guests may enjoy specials on cocktails, beer, wine and bar bites while taking in the spectacular sight of the Las Vegas Strip.
  • Champagne Toast at Skyfall Lounge – Daily, 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
    Every evening hotel guests are treated to a special Champagne Toast at Skyfall Lounge from 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. A Delano Las Vegas room key must be presented to receive the complimentary amenity.
  • VIP Bottle Service – Thursday – Saturday; two seating times: 5 p.m. – 8 p.m., 9 p.m. – close. Guests looking to enjoy Champagne, artful libations and light fare, while taking in views of the Las Vegas Strip are invited to reserve a private VIP table available in Skyfall’s lounge or on the outdoor patio. Guests can enjoy the following social happenings every week:
  • Geeks Who Drink – Wednesdays, 8 p.m. – 10 p.m.
    Guests with a competitive spirit and a wealth of useless knowledge get the chance to show their stuff at Wednesday Trivia nights. The lively weekly competition is the ideal place to challenge friends or team up against others for a spirited good time.
  • Happy Hour – Daily, 2-6 p.m. 
    Beerhaus' take on Happy Hour offers $4 select draft beers and hot dogs. For guests with a late night craving, Beerhaus also offers Reverse Happy Hour from 10 p.m. - close featuring $4 hot dogs.
  • Live Music
    Beerhaus’ concerts by the bar provide guests with live entertainment Thursday – Saturday for their listening enjoyment. Hours are as follows:
    • Thursday,  8 p.m. – midnight
    • Friday and Saturday, 9 p.m. – 1 a.m.
    • Sunday, 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Party at The Park
Every Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m., guests are invited to get the party started with $5 beer, wine and shot selections at participating restaurants at The Park, in addition to fun games such as ping pong and cornhole. Live entertainment also will be available for guests’ listening enjoyment; Tuesdays will continue to feature the Tony Marques Band, while Wednesdays will focus on Top 40 music and feature rotating bands.

The Buffet at ARIA’s pricing has changed, effective immediately. New pricing (per person) is as follows:

  • Lunch (Monday – Friday, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.), $26.99
  • Dinner (Monday – Thursday, 3 p.m. -10 p.m.), $37.99

PUB 1842
In celebration of National Beer Day, PUB 1842 will offer $5, 12 oz. local beers from open to close April 6-10.
CRUSH’s new hours of operation are as follows:
  • Sunday – Wednesday, 5:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Friday and Saturday, 5:30 p.m. -10:30 p.m.
Della’s Kitchen
On Wednesday, April 12, guests are invited to Della’s Kitchen to satisfy their grilled cheese cravings in honor of National Grilled Cheese Day. The exclusive, one-day only special will feature the ultimate grilled cheese comprised of Marin County truffled brie and mozzarella on Granello Bakery’s country bread with mushroom bisque and garlic fries.

Japonais will transform into OTORO Robata Grill & Sushi, effective Monday, May 1, 2017. Led by Executive Chef Fernando Sposato, Otoro will continue to serve classic Japanese cuisine with flavorful dishes such as Rock Shrimp Tempura, Chilean Seabass, Fresh Oysters, Sushi and more. 

Otoro’s hours of operation will be:
  • Sunday- Thursday, 5 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
  • Friday- Saturday, 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.
BRAND Steakhouse
As part of the ongoing transformation into Park MGM, Brand Steakhouse at Monte Carlo will close Thursday, May 11, 2017. Details on a new concept for the space will be made available in the coming months.
